- Age : Minimum 20 years and Maximum 46 years as on cut-off date. However, relaxation in upper age limit for categories like SC/ST/OBC/PWBD etc. as per Govt. of India guidelines is applicable. The cut-off date will be first date of the month of Advertisement for the engagement.(Age Relaxation is Given Below )
- Qualifications : Must possess any one of the following qualifications as on the date of notification:
- (a) D.Pharmacy(b) B.Pharmacy(c) Pharm.D
- Must be registered with Telangana Pharmacy Council. (However, applicants can register their certificates with Telangana Pharmacy Council as on date of their application and should upload this certificate online).MHSRB PHARMACIST- GRADE-II 633 Jobs 2024.

- viii. For candidates who have not studied in any school, “Residence Certificate” issued by competent authority of Telangana Government (corresponding period of 1st to7th class study) for claiming local status in the proforma prescribed by the government (Annexure.IV.D)
- ix. Community Certificate (SC/ST/BC) issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government (as applicable)
- x. Latest ‘Non-Creamy Layer’ Certificate in case of BCs issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government in Form VII.B (proforma given at Annexure.IV.A)
- xi. Latest ‘Income and Asset Certificate’ for applicants claiming EWS Reservation issued by the competent authority of Telangana Government (Proforma given at Annexure IV.B)
- xii. Sports certificate issued by competent authority for applicants claiming reservation under meritorious sports persons category (proforma are given at Annexure IV.C)
- xiii. SADAREM certificate for applicants claiming PH reservation
- xiv. Service certificate for Ex-Servicemen claiming age relaxation
- xv. Service certificate for NCC Instructor claiming age relaxation
- xvi. Service certificate for in-service (regular) applicants claiming age relaxation
