నోటిఫికేషన్ నెం.16/2017, Dt:14/04/2017 ద్వారా వివిధ రెసిడెన్షియల్ ఎడ్యుకేషనల్ ఇన్‌స్టిట్యూషన్స్ సొసైటీలలో ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ టీచర్ల పోస్టులకు రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ కోసం సర్టిఫికెట్ల వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థులకు దీని ద్వారా తెలియజేయబడింది సర్టిఫికెట్లు 29/05/2024 నుండి 04/06/2024 వరకు ఉదయం 10.30 గంటలకు తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ కార్యాలయం, M.J.రోడ్, నాంపల్లి, హైదరాబాద్‌లో జరగాల్సి ఉంది. వెబ్ ఎంపికల కోసం లింక్ 28/05/2024 నుండి 04/06/2024 వరకు అందించబడుతుంది.సర్టిఫికెట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం ఎంపికైన అభ్యర్థుల జాబితా కార్న్‌మిషన్స్ వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో అందుబాటులో ఉంది. షార్ట్‌లిస్ట్ చేయబడిన అభ్యర్థులు ఫలితాల నోటిఫికేషన్‌లో పేర్కొన్న అన్ని ఒరిజినల్ సర్టిఫికేట్‌లతో పాటు కమిషన్ వెబ్‌సైట్ https://www.tspsc.gov.inలో అందుబాటులో ఉన్న చెక్ లిస్ట్ మరియు అటెస్టేషన్ ఫారమ్‌లను డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసి తీసుకురావాలి.

రిక్రూట్‌మెంట్ కోసం 17/09/2017 FN & 18/09/2017 ANలో జరిగిన వ్రాత పరీక్ష ఆధారంగా సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం కింది హాల్ టిక్కెట్ నంబర్‌లు కలిగిన అభ్యర్థులు 1:2 నిష్పత్తిలో తీసుకోబడతారని ఇందుమూలంగా తెలియజేయబడింది. 05 రెసిడెన్షియల్ విద్యా సంస్థల సొసైటీలలో ఫిజికల్ ఎడ్యుకేషన్ టీచర్లు(PET) నోటిఫికేషన్ నెం.16/2017, తేదీ: 14/04/2017 తేదీ: 29/05/2024 నుండి 04/06/2024 వరకు ఉదయం 10.30 గంటలకు జరగనుంది తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర పబ్లిక్ సర్వీస్ కమిషన్ కార్యాలయం, M.J. రోడ్, నాంపల్లి, హైదరాబాద్. సర్టిఫికెట్ల వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం పిలిచిన అభ్యర్థులు సర్టిఫికెట్ల వెరిఫికేషన్ సమయంలో గెజిటెడ్ ఆఫీసర్ చేత ధృవీకరించబడిన ఫోటోస్టాట్ కాపీల సెట్‌తో పాటు ఒరిజినల్‌లో ఈ క్రింది సర్టిఫికేట్‌లను సమర్పించాలి. 10-06-2024 & 11-06-2024 పెండింగ్‌లో ఉన్న సర్టిఫికేట్‌లను సమర్పించడానికి & హాజరుకాని అభ్యర్థి సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం రిజర్వ్ చేయబడిన రోజు. ఏ అభ్యర్థి అయినా సర్టిఫికేట్ వెరిఫికేషన్‌కు హాజరు కానట్లయితే, అతను/ఆమె తదుపరి ఎంపిక ప్రక్రియ కోసం పరిగణించబడరు.(0) సర్టిఫికెట్ల వెరిఫికేషన్ కోసం పికప్ చేయబడిన అభ్యర్థులు అవసరం.

కింది ఒరిజినల్ సర్టిఫికెట్లు/పత్రాలను సమర్పించడానికి/చూపడానికి.

1) చెక్‌లిస్ట్ (అభ్యర్థి పూరించాల్సిన ప్రాథమిక సమాచార డేటా).(ఫార్మాట్‌ని కమిషన్ వెబ్‌సైట్ నుండి డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోవచ్చు).

2) సమర్పించిన అప్లికేషన్ (PDF) (కమీషన్ వెబ్‌సైట్ నుండి డౌన్‌లోడ్ చేసుకోండి).

3) హాల్ టికెట్.

4) పుట్టిన తేదీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (SSC మెమో).

5) 4వ తరగతి నుండి 10వ తరగతి వరకు స్కూల్ స్టడీ సర్టిఫికేట్. (PET నోటిఫికేషన్ నం.16/2017 జారీ చేసే సమయంలో TGPSC అనుసరించిన విధానం ప్రకారం) లేదా నివాసం/నేటివిటీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (అభ్యర్థులు పాఠశాలలో చదవకపోయినా ప్రైవేట్‌గా లేదా ఓపెన్ స్కూల్‌లో చదువుకున్నప్పుడు).

6) తాత్కాలిక లేదా కాన్వొకేషన్ సర్టిఫికేట్ మరియు మార్క్స్ మెమో (అవసరమైన అర్హత కోసం ఇంటర్మీడియట్ /డిగ్రీ/D.PEd & B.PEd).

7) T.S జారీ చేసిన ఇంటిగ్రేటెడ్ కమ్యూనిటీ సర్టిఫికేట్ (కుల ధృవీకరణ పత్రం). తండ్రి/తల్లి పేరుతో ప్రభుత్వం.

8) తండ్రి పేరుతో BC కమ్యూనిటీ అభ్యర్థులకు నాన్-క్రీమీ లేయర్ సర్టిఫికేట్మెమో నం. 3009/BCW/OP/2011 ప్రకారం, తెలంగాణ ప్రభుత్వం, BC సంక్షేమ (OP) విభాగం, Dt: 18-12-2015, GOMs No.20 BCW(OP) విభాగం తేదీ: 31/10/ 2017(వెబ్‌సైట్‌లో సూచించబడిన ఫార్మాట్ హోస్ట్ చేయబడింది). ఇతర వెనుకబడిన తరగతుల సర్టిఫికెట్ అనుమతించబడదు. ) తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వ ఉద్యోగి విషయంలో వయో సడలింపు రుజువు

9)(రెగ్యులర్) సంబంధిత శాఖ నుండి సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికేట్‌లు, తెలంగాణ రాష్ట్ర ప్రభుత్వం / NCC ఇన్‌స్ట్రక్టర్ సర్టిఫికేట్/ రిట్రెంచ్డ్ సెన్సస్ సర్వీస్ సర్టిఫికేట్, ఎక్స్-సర్వీస్‌మెన్ సర్టిఫికేట్ ఏదైనా ఉంటే.

10) సేవలో ఉన్న అభ్యర్థులకు యజమాని నుండి NOC.
